A distribution-loop blending valve rather than a point-of-use fitting -- controls mixed water temperature centrally for a group of bathrooms or wet rooms served from the same hot water loop, complementing (not replacing) point-of-use TMVs at individual outlets. Automatic shutoff if the cold water supply fails, interchangeable thermo-reactive cartridge, and a 30-year manufacturer warranty.
