What counts as a project brief?

One new Plan My Work project generation. Editing and continuing an existing project doesn't use another allowance.

What happens if I reach my daily limit?

Your allowance resets the following day. You can upgrade if you regularly need more capacity.

Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time from your account.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly subscription, cancel anytime.

Is VAT charged?

CareHomeDesk is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not currently charged. VAT will be added where legally applicable if that changes.
