Wet-room installations in care homes involve substrates that move slightly — latex screeds, heated floors, timber-framed partitions. A standard C1 adhesive will fail at the bond line under repeated thermal cycling. BAL Flex One provides the deformability required to maintain the tile bond in these conditions.
