Incomplete records are treated as evidence of non-compliance regardless of whether any actual risk exists. Get your logs in order before the end of the month.
What to do
- 1Complete Q3 temperature monitoring logs and have them signed by your responsible person before 31 July.
- 2Cross-check that sentinel outlet records are up to date and no results are missing.
- 3If you have any remedial actions outstanding from Q2, log and close them before the Q3 sign-off.
